Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the Assistant Engineering Batch AI Tool ("the Tool"), a service provided by Assistant Engineering ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By registering for and using the Tool, users ("You" or "User") agree to comply with these T&Cs.

The outputs generated by the Tool are based on the data provided and the capabilities of the AI model. The Tool is not designed for use in high-risk scenarios where errors could cause significant harm.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Tool.

By using the Tool, you expressly consent to Assistant Engineering's collection, processing, and use of your personal information provided in connection with the Tool. Security Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, We will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy policy.

Generative AI

Users acknowledge that the Tool utilises generative AI, which may not always produce 100% accurate outputs due to the nature of the technology. By using the Tool, you acknowledge that you have read and understood Our Generative AI Notice, available at https://assistant.engineering/gen-ai-statement, which is hereby incorporated by reference. The AI-generated outputs may contain biases or inaccuracies, and users are encouraged to review and verify the outputs before relying on them.

Changes to the Tool

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Tool at Our discretion. We will notify Users of significant changes that may affect their use of the Tool through email or in-app notifications. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your use of the Tool.

Dispute Resolution and ADR

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these T&Cs or the use of the Tool, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation. Mediation or arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. This clause does not limit your right to seek judicial remedies where appropriate.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these T&Cs or the use of the Tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If you are a user based outside the UK, local laws may also apply, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the UK courts for resolving any disputes.
