What's the difference between regular ChatGPT and a customised GPT assistant?

A customised GPT is trained on your specific instructions and knowledge base (e.g. emails, scripts, or reports). So the custom GPT is personalised with information that was not in ChatGPT's original training set. This increases the custom GPT's expertise while also reducing the time you spend prompting it. Here's an example.

What tasks within your organisation could be automated or enhanced by AI to thus liberate staff to focus on more complex and creative responsibilities?

  • Improve on-boarding process for new staff by acting as a virtual tutor for company policies.
  • Unlock information stored in company reports by ingesting them into a custom GPT so that your staff can 'talk directly' to the documents.
  • Improve data access by allowing your staff to query sales data directly, without having to go through a data scientist.
3. Tech & Data
What data or tech services can you provide to help customise your GPT assistant?
